As a Lettings Administrator, you will be supporting the lettings team with property administration, viewings, maintenance enquiries and day-to-day customer communication. This full-time role offers a salary range of £26,000 - £33,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day maintenance enquiries from tenants and landlords
  • Handling enquiries from prospective tenants about property viewings
  • Recording maintenance issues and arranging repairs with relevant contractors
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to progress maintenance matters
  • Keeping property, tenancy and maintenance records accurate and up to date
  • Processing property-related invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Organising viewings with applicants and landlords
  • Coordinating routine property inspections
  • Providing general administrative support to the lettings team
