An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join a care provider, delivering specialist support services to adults with complex needs. As a Registered Manager, you will manage supported living services for adults with additional and complex needs. This full-time role offers a salary up to £40,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations, staffing, and care planning within a small geographic area.
  • Line managing support teams and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and working toward outstanding CQC outcomes.
  • Promoting independence and community integration for supported individuals.
  • Leading service development and implementing person-centred support strategies.
  • Supporting and mentoring your Deputy Manager with delegated responsibilities.
  • Maintaining robust documentation, including rosters, risk assessments, and care plans.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience in a supported living or care environment.
  • A confident, resilient individual with strong leadership skills.
