Audit Senior in Plymouth

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ACA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified Audit Senior with experience working with an audit and assurance team to join a well-established accountancy firm.

This permanent role offers a salary range of £27,000 – £40,000 and flexible working options.

As an Audit Senior, you will be overseeing and executing audit fieldwork for a diverse client portfolio, fostering strong client relationships.

You will be responsible for:

1. Preparing financial statements for non-audit clients.
2. Conducting technical research and providing advice.
3. Assisting in developing new business proposals.
4. Networking within business communities.
5. Training and developing junior team members.
6. Working on regional client projects as required.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as an Audit Senior, Audit Supervisor, Audit Semi Senior, Auditor, Accountant or in a similar role.
2. Experience working with an audit and assurance team.
3. ACA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified.
4. Familiarity with UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
5. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Working hours: 36.25 hours per week
