Role overview

The National Sales & Education Manager will own and drive both sales and education performance across the UK & Ireland, leading the field team to deliver growth while building a best-in-class education function. Sitting at the centre of commercial, this role connects strategy to execution on the ground, ensuring people, processes, education, and data work together. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring inspirational leadership, clear processes, analytical rigour, and excellence in execution.

    • Lead, inspire and develop a field sales team, creating a culture of high performance and accountability.
    • Be a visible, trusted leader who sets clear expectations and leads by example.
    • Recruit, onboard and develop talent through structured training, coaching and ongoing performance management.
    • Deliver regular field coaching and feedback to improve selling skills, behaviours and results.
    • Embed best-practice sales processes and continuously improve how the field team operates.
    • Monitor field activity, route planning, CRM use and overall productivity, ensuring time is spent where it delivers the greatest return.
  • Education Strategy & Delivery
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and growth goals by supporting customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
    • Work closely with the Owner, Founder & Global Creative Director to design high-quality training programmes and materials both in-person and digitally ensuring all content reflects brand positioning, product knowledge, and best-in-class application techniques.
    • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of freelance educators to deliver consistent, high-quality education.
    • Represent the brand at industry events and digital platforms, positioning Remi Cachet as a leader in extensions education.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting
    • Own national sales performance against targets, including CVR%.
    • Define, track and report on KPIs, with the ability to pull, manipulate and interpret data to drive action.
    • Analyse sales trends, spending patterns, gaps and lost opportunities to inform decision-making.
    • Conduct gap analysis at customer, regional and national level, turning insight into clear action plans.
    • Monitor lost and new accounts, identifying root causes and recovery or growth strategies.
    • Manage sales budgets responsibly, ensuring spend delivers measurable return.
  • Key Accounts & Commercial Delivery
    • Lead the acquisition, onboarding and ongoing management of large and strategic key accounts.
    • Identify, target and develop influential accounts that shape trends, visibility and brand credibility.
    • Ensure strong execution of promotional calendars across the customer base.
    • Drive consistently high standards of POS execution and in-store presentation to maximise impact and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Marketing to plan and execute campaigns, launches and promotional activity.
    • Ensure field teams are fully briefed, trained and equipped to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
    • Provide feedback from the field to inform campaign effectiveness, NPD and future planning.
    • Collaborate with wider commercial and operations teams to ensure joined-up execution.

About You

We’re ideally looking for someone with:

  • Proven track record in sales within the professional hair industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing a small sales team, driving both individual and collective performance against targets.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example in the field, combining commercial awareness with the ability to coach and inspire.
  • Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and performance management, with a focus on improving sales behaviours, not just outcomes.
  • Experience implementing and refining sales processes, CRM usage, and field productivity strategies.
  • Commercially driven with a solid understanding of KPIs, conversion rates (CVR), and sales reporting, using data to inform decisions and actions.
  • Confident in analysing sales performance, identifying gaps, and building actionable growth plans at both account and regional level.
  • Experience managing key accounts within the hair industry, building long-term partnerships that drive brand loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of education-led selling, recognising the role of training in customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning, with experience in collaborating with educators and creatives.
