Senior Talent Consultant at Addition+, helping shape the next generation of Military Defence capabilities!(Engineering and Technology)
Role: Workday Architect (HCM) – This is your chance to shape how a global organisation uses Workday. You’ll be part of a growing team focused on improving how people, process and technology come together — leading build and design across core Workday modules and driving functional excellence across HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Workday architecture, covering the full hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Own design, build and optimisation across HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence and related modules.
- Partner with HR, People Engineering and business stakeholders to align technology with organisational goals.
- Guide a “Tier 2” team delivering lower complexity builds and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, test and deliver new Workday functionality while maintaining system stability and data integrity.
- Act as the Workday authority across HR applications, ensuring seamless integrations and scalability.
- Champion best practice in configuration, security, reporting and user experience.
Qualifications / Skills
- Workday PRO certification in relevant functional tracks.
- 5+ years’ experience implementing, configuring or managing Workday solutions.
- Strong knowledge across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, including complex configurations.
- Understanding of integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Public APIs).
- Advanced skills in reporting, calculated fields, and business process design.
- Experience with Workday security groups and permissions.
- Deep HR domain expertise with the ability to translate business needs into technical design.
- Confident leading in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
