We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Technology Lead to provide technical leadership across our clients' digital platforms, data infrastructure, and cloud‑based systems. This role is responsible for shaping technology strategy, overseeing system design and delivery, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions that support business growth.

The successful candidate will combine strong hands‑on technical expertise with architecture and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Provide technical direction and best‑practice guidance across development and infrastructure teams.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud‑based solutions, primarily within Microsoft Azure.
  • Oversee system availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure infrastructure is scalable, cost‑efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
Data & Reporting
  • Design and oversee data architecture, pipelines, and storage solutions.
  • Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely data for reporting and analytics.
  • Support business intelligence, dashboards, and operational reporting needs.
  • Establish data governance, quality, and security standards.
Development & Platforms
  • Oversee development across a range of technologies including HTML, C++, and modern web frameworks.
  • Provide technical oversight for websites, portals, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, accessibility, and security.
  • Review architecture, code, and integrations to ensure maintainability and scalability.
LMS & Website Management
  • Lead the technical development and ongoing enhancement of LMS platforms.
  • Manage website architecture, integrations, and user experience improvements.
  • Work closely with content, product, and learning teams to deliver effective digital experiences.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or partners.
  • Mentor and support developers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Contribute to project planning, delivery timelines, and risk management.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Technology Lead / Technical Lead / Senior Engineer role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Experience designing and overseeing data infrastructure and reporting systems.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting or delivering LMS and website platforms.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, security, and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and BI tools.
