Job Description We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our client’s team, an IT services company that offers solutions across Cyber Security, vulnerability management, and cloud modernisation. What You Can Expect Salary – £35,000 – £40,000 Location – Northampton Industry – IT Services Job Type – Permanent Main Responsibilities as a Technical Services Engineer Perform backup and monitoring checks, update documentation, and remediate against failures. Work within an ITIL aligned environment, follow process and procedures, with particular focus on achieving targeted SLA’s, KPI’s, and receiving excellent customer feedback. Assist with the remediation of security vulnerabilities. Core Experience, Skills, Requirements Knowledge of Networking Infrastructure and key services such as Switching, Firewalls, VLANs, Wireless, SSL, IPSEC VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
