Addition Solutions is recruiting for a Change Analyst to join a leading Change & Transformation consultancy on a contract basis. You will focus on the people side of technology transformation, helping teams understand and embed new ways of working across Cyber, Service Desk and Infrastructure initiatives.
Based in Swindon with three days on-site per week (travel expenses provided), you’ll assess change impact, develop practical plans, coordinate communications, and support training to ensure effective implementation.
