What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operational performance across the site.
- Help lead and coach a small, motivated team — contributing to a positive and goal-driven culture.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales and assist in maximising occupancy through confident upselling.
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, safety, and compliance to keep the store running smoothly.
- Support with cash handling, invoicing, and basic financial administration.
- Keep the site looking sharp and on-brand at all times.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Step up to deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
- Occasionally support with vehicle operations when required.
Main Skills Needed:
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail, storage, or hospitality.
- A natural people person with early leadership experience and a passion for developing others.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of sales targets and how to hit them.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership when needed.
- Organised and tech-savvy — confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Harrow.
