This growing managed services business supports organisations with smart, secure IT solutions that genuinely make a difference. They’re now looking for a Strategic Cyber Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships while driving new commercial growth across the portfolio.

Role Overview:

  • Location: London (Hybrid Flex)
  • Package: £65,000 - £70,000 + Comms

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing long-term relationships with existing clients across the full account lifecycle
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and shaping tailored IT solutions
  • Identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Building and executing sales strategies to hit revenue and growth targets
  • Working closely with technical, project and support teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Monitoring account performance and providing clear commercial reporting to stakeholders

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in strategic account management and Cybersecurity technologies, services and solutions (Inclusive of SOC/SIEM, EDR, MDR, Security Assessments, GRC etc.)
  • Consultative in approach, able to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to develop relationships and position new solutions that will add value.
  • Confident new business development skills, with a commercial and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Solid sales fundamentals with a track record of hitting targets
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Collaborative approach, able to work effectively across teams
