What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take full accountability for the site’s sales, service, and operational performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small, motivated team — setting clear goals and supporting growth.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales and maximise occupancy through proactive upselling.
- Maintain top-tier customer experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and compliance, ensuring smooth store performance.
- Manage cash handling, invoicing, and basic financial administration.
- Keep the site presentation spotless and aligned with brand standards.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Occasionally support with vehicle operations when required.
