What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to the commercial team.

  • Provide 3rd line support to the service desk.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Full Driving License & Access to a vehicle is essential.
  • CCNA Qualification is essential.
  • Pre-sales experience is essential.
  • Strong customer-facing experience is essential.
  • Experience putting together scope of work and pre-sales documentation.
  • Experience delivering large networking projects would be advantageous.
  • A background working in a Service Desk environment would be preferred.
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) would be desirable.
