What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and develop a team of four, alongside a wider group of Technical Programme Managers.
- Shape and communicate the strategic direction of the Data Technology Platform function.
- Balance long-term objectives with day-to-day operational priorities to ensure successful delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Drive effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Influence decision-making at a senior level through insight, collaboration, and strong communication.
- Create an environment that encourages accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance across the team.
- Support the delivery of complex programmes and initiatives that enable the organisation’s data and technology ambitions.
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience leading teams within data, technology, or programme management environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience managing or supporting Technical Programme Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to navigate complexity, drive alignment, and deliver outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
