What You’ll Be Doing

- Coaching and motivating a team of Account Managers, New Business Managers, and SDRs
- Owning and executing the go‑to‑market strategy for a growing MSP portfolio
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to launch new services
- Managing the sales pipeline and driving conversion from lead to revenue
- Creating a high‑performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
- Staying ahead of trends in the MSP and cybersecurity markets
- Reporting on team performance and contributing to strategic decisions
