Lead Talent Consultant at Addition Solutions
This is a rare chance to combine deep technical expertise with real-world impact. You’ll be joining a team that helps shape secure systems across the defence and national security sector — working at the forefront of new technology in high-trust environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading risk assessments and helping shape secure architectures for complex systems
- Designing pragmatic security solutions for high-grade environments
- Aligning cyber and infrastructure design with MOD regulations and standards
- Advising cross-functional teams on security best practice in Agile and DevSecOps settings
- Developing security documentation — from test plans to risk treatments
- Contributing to the strategic direction of security across major programmes
Main Skills Needed:
- At least 4 years in a security-focused role working on information systems
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks like NIST or ISO 27005
- Experience designing and documenting effective risk mitigation measures
- Confident working in secure-by-design environments, ideally in the public or defence sectors
- Excellent communication skills — written, visual and verbal
- Experience with HMG or MOD policies is a bonus
