We are currently recruiting for a leading IT Consultancy for the role of Salesforce DevOps Consultant. What you’ll be doing:
- Manage deployment workflows using DevOps tools (Copado, GitHub, CodeScan, Salesforce DX, and VS Code) ensuring smooth and efficient delivery pipelines.
- Conduct code testing, validate coverage, enforce quality through peer reviews, maintain task visibility via Kanban, and uphold Definition of Done standards.
- Participate in estimation discussions.
- Ensure the Sprint Backlog fully captures all completed work and blockers, maintaining approval records for data model changes.
- Drive release planning, POCs, dry runs, and production rollouts while aligning with governance protocols like Release Control Board participation; document lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Execute unit tests, define and track KPIs (especially for contact centres), manage sensitive production data securely, and implement monitoring tools to ensure system reliability.
Main Skills/Requirements:
- Strong experience with DevOps methodologies and deployment pipelines.
- Well skilled in establishing, tracking, and overseeing key performance indicators for contact centres.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Classic and Lightning frameworks.
- Practical experience with Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice for telephony and customer interaction solutions.
- Proficient in Lightning Web Components and Aura framework for dynamic UI development.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
