We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Resident Manager. As the Resident Manager, reporting to the Estate Director, you’ll lead the on-site team in delivering exceptional service and creating a first-class living experience for residents, clients, and visitors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead teams to deliver top-tier service for residents, clients, and customers
- Oversee Concierge, Security, Amenities, and community engagement efforts
- Manage the end-to-end resident experience, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence
- Handle asset mobilisation, risk management, health and safety, contracts, and finances
- Oversee tenders, contract implementation, and ensure actions are documented
- Monitor contractor performance, emergency response, and compliance
- Manage recruitment, performance, payroll, and team development
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including landscaping and cleaning services
