What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create and deliver a strategic sales plan focused on growth across both existing and new markets.
  • Lead and support Sales, Account Management, and Business Development teams to maximise performance.
  • Build long‑term relationships with customers and key business partners.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth while consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and wider service adoption across customer accounts.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activity to shape sales direction.
  • Provide insight into budget shifts and changing customer priorities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of commercial team members.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen account development processes.

Main Skills Needed:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development.
  • Background working for a Telecommunications wholesaler OR in a wholesale environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage strategic customer relationships.
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Confident presenting proposals and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to spot growth opportunities and turn them into long‑term partnerships.
