Principal Product Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Define and drive product vision and strategy by aligning market research, user feedback, and business goals into a cohesive roadmap
• Collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, revenue, and implementation teams to ensure priorities are aligned, solutions are feasible, and outcomes deliver business value
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, balancing user needs, customer expectations, and business objectives at every stage
• Communicate product plans, roadmaps, and progress clearly and confidently to clients, stakeholders, and senior leaders, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Cultivate a hands-on, team-first culture in product management that encourages collaboration, ownership, and accountability

• Proven track record in tech product management, delivering impactful solutions from vision to launch using modern methodologies
