Role Overview
Package: Salary up to ÂŁ80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading structured discovery sessions to understand how clients operate and what they need from an ERP solution.
- Translating operational, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution processes into clear solution requirements.
- Creating and delivering tailored product demonstrations that showcase practical value and business outcomes.
- Supporting bids, proposals, and RFP responses with well‑framed assumptions, risks and solution narratives.
- Working closely with sales and marketing to contribute to events, webinars and thought‑leadership content.
- Ensuring a smooth handover to delivery teams with well‑documented functional and technical detail.
Main Skills Needed
- Background in ERP, software pre‑sales, solution consulting or technology used in manufacturing/distribution.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate clearly with operational and finance leaders.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence simplifying technical detail for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience running product demos or translating customer workflows into software solutions.
- Understanding of manufacturing or supply chain processes (Sage experience helpful but not required).
