We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing scale-up in the green energy sector for the role of PMO Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that’s rethinking urban infrastructure to support a more sustainable future.
What You Can Expect
- Location – London (Hybrid)
- Salary – £75,000 - £85,000
- Work type – Permanent
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure Timely and Quality Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of contractual project components (CPs), meeting agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supplier Management: Coordinate with assigned suppliers, providing clear instructions and setting well-defined expectations to support project goals.
- Project Communication & Risk Oversight: Maintain accurate project plans, share relevant information with stakeholders, and actively manage risks and issues.
- Change Control: Collaborate with the PMO and Asset Managers to identify and manage changes to project scope, ensuring alignment and agreement from all involved parties.
- Governance: Provide regular progress updates to the Programme Manager and manage contract and budget changes.
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- Exceptional communicator, adept at using both written and verbal communication tailored to diverse delivery stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing projects involving civil engineering and electrical installations.
- Skilled project management professional proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of collaborating with Local Government entities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Teams, and SharePoint platforms.
