We are currently recruiting for a high-growth company within the FMCG sector for the role of People Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that delivers engaging products to millions of customers across the globe. What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide strategic HR partnership to executive, leadership, and managerial teams, aligning people initiatives with key business goals.
  • Coach and advise senior leaders on a full spectrum of HR topics including employee relations, performance, talent development, and reward strategies.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent initiatives, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Design and deliver people strategies that address business challenges, enhance performance, and support change and transformation efforts.

Main Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a People Business Partner role within a large organisation.
  • A strong track record of supporting business transformation or large-scale organisational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and implement people strategies that drive business impact.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and a solid foundation in employee relations.
  • Experience coaching and advising leaders on employee engagement, retention, and people performance.
  • Background in retail or regulated consumer industries (e.g. gambling or gaming) is advantageous.
