What You Will Bring To The Table
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional People Advisor with a CIPD Level 5 qualification to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the business. The People Advisor will play a key role in advising managers and employees, supporting employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and overall HR operations.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proven HR experience (at least 2 years) in a generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
