What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Providing first-line support across Oracle Cloud PLM, Product Development, and Product Data Hub.
- Configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion product lifecycle components.
- Handling API integrations, data migrations, and post-production (hypercare) support.
- Producing and troubleshooting custom reports using Oracle tools.
- Performing root cause analysis on recurring system issues.
- Managing incidents, tracking configuration updates, and validating quarterly patches.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Main Skills Needed:
- 5+ years\’ experience with Oracle Cloud PLM (PD/PDH).
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management processes.
