This is a senior finance leadership role within a large, complex technology environment where financial control and clarity really matter. You’ll step into a newly shaped function, bringing structure, insight and confidence to critical financial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the on-site finance function and managing an established team of finance professionals
- Owning accurate, timely financial reporting in line with US GAAP and group policies
- Strengthening financial controls and improving governance across the function
- Taking full ownership of statutory audits and managing external auditors and advisors
- Acting as the senior escalation point for regional and global finance queries
- Partnering with FP&A to produce insightful, decision-driving reporting and metrics
- Advising senior finance leadership on technical accounting matters
- Coaching and developing direct reports to build a high-performance, accountable team
Main Skills Needed
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with strong financial control experience
- Solid background working within a US GAAP environment
- Hands-on experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Good working knowledge of VAT and corporation tax
- Exposure to ERP systems or finance transformation projects
- Strong analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
- Clear, confident communicator able to simplify complex financial topics
- Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills
