They’re looking for an experienced IT Controls and Audit Manager to shape, own and elevate their global IT controls framework, working closely with senior leaders and technical teams alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the global IT Controls Framework — from design and rollout through to ongoing governance.
- Defining and embedding an operating model that ensures controls are consistently applied and complied with.
- Planning and leading control testing, overseeing execution, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
- Acting as the central point of contact for IT audits and compliance reviews, ensuring responses are robust, timely and well-evidenced.
- Driving remediation activity — making sure gaps are addressed, tracked and closed within agreed timescales.
- Working closely with IT and business teams to ensure controls are practical, understood and embedded in day-to-day operations.
- Developing dashboards and reporting to give control owners clear visibility of performance and risk.
- Continuously improving the controls environment, identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and reduce audit effort.
- Advising senior leaders on IT risk, control effectiveness and emerging issues.
- Leading, coaching and setting direction for the IT Controls Governance team.
- Delivering training and cultural initiatives to strengthen control awareness across the organisation.
