What You’ll Be Doing:
- Winning new mid-market clients and expanding the organisation’s customer base
- Building strong relationships with existing accounts to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Developing strategic account plans to maximise long-term client value and revenue growth
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they gain real value from the platform and solutions
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts through CRM tools
Main Skills Needed:
- Around 4+ years’ experience in an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development role within mid-market B2B environments
- Background in SaaS sales, ideally within HR tech, talent assessment, or people analytics
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Strong prospecting skills, including cold outreach and new business development
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing complex deals
- Ability to grow revenue within existing accounts through consultative upselling and cross-selling
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar
- Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools to manage pipeline and reporting
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
