Recruitment is a sales-driven career where your performance matters. You'll build relationships with candidates and clients, identify opportunities, negotiate and work towards measurable targets. The better you become at what you do, the greater your potential to progress and earn commission.

The Opportunity

You’ll learn how to recruit specialist professionals for businesses operating across the technology sector.

This is a people-focused, phone-heavy role where persistence, communication and commercial awareness are essential.

You’ll be working in an environment where results are measured, targets matter and individuals are encouraged to push themselves.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively contacting candidates and building relationships over the phone.
• Identifying suitable professionals for specialist vacancies.
• Speaking with clients and understanding their hiring requirements.
• Managing candidate conversations, interviews and recruitment processes.
• Building your own network and developing market knowledge.
• Working towards activity, performance and revenue targets.
• Developing sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
