We’re partnering with an established, public sector-focused organisation to appoint an experienced Bid Manager within its commercial and customer strategy function. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded bid professional to take ownership of complex customer proposals, working across multidisciplinary teams to secure new business and renewals.

You’ll coordinate input from subject matter experts, manage proposals through costing and approval, and ensure every submission is accurate, compliant and commercially robust.

As Bid Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned proposals, translating complex customer requirements into clear and compelling submissions. Working closely with customers, commercial teams, relationship managers and technical specialists, you’ll establish requirements, coordinate contributions and maintain momentum throughout the bid lifecycle.

You’ll combine strong writing and project management skills with commercial judgement, ensuring proposals demonstrate value while appropriately managing delivery, financial and contractual risk. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of bid processes, documentation and customer experience.
