- What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build and optimise scalable data pipelines across the AWS data platform.
- Help modernise the existing environment by identifying and resolving technical debt.
- Work closely with client engineering teams, sharing knowledge and promoting best practice.
- Support the successful delivery of migration milestones and platform improvements.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to implement the target data architecture.
- Troubleshoot, enhance and stabilise the platform to ensure it's ready for production workloads.
- Main Skills Needed
- Strong hands‑on experience with the AWS data ecosystem, including S3, Glue, Redshift and Lake Formation.
- Solid understanding of Lakehouse architecture and modern data platform design.
- Strong Python and SQL development skills.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines within complex environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and client engineering teams.
- Experience working in regulated or high-volume data environments.
- Previous experience in highly regulated industries such as Gambling/Gaming, Betting or Financial Services would be essential for this.
