As a Solution Manager, you will be entrusted with managing and optimising engineering teams within the Solution Engineering function for a highly regarded Insurance leader. Your leadership will ensure that teams consistently deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and personal development. You will be instrumental in guiding technical strategy, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational governance—ensuring all initiatives are delivered efficiently, securely, and with maximum value. Your expertise will influence the evolution of our software architecture, promote best practices, and support long-term strategic goals, making you a key driver of our digital transformation.

Required Skills
  • Proven experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Agile and DevOps principles
  • Deep technical knowledge of modern architectural patterns, cloud engineering, and data engineering
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Skilled in program and project management with a focus on dependencies and cross-team collaboration
