This organisation is midway through a major transformation, moving from systems-led change to a genuinely human, customer-first approach. This role sits right at the heart of that shift, shaping how large-scale change lands across the business and how people experience it.
Location: Hertfordshire/Hybrid (3 days per week on site, 2 days working from home)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning and delivering human-led change across a complex portfolio of transformation programmes
- Designing change strategies that balance ambition with organisational capacity and real-world impact
- Assessing change impacts across people, process and technology and turning insight into action
- Managing dependencies and sequencing across multiple initiatives to reduce overload and disruption
- Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, sponsors and change networks
- Influencing priorities and providing visibility of the wider change roadmap
- Shaping clear, engaging communication that connects colleagues to the "why" behind change
- Partnering with learning teams to embed new capabilities, behaviours and ways of working
- Tracking readiness, adoption and engagement, adjusting plans where needed to ensure change sticks
- Capturing lessons learned to continuously raise change maturity across the organisation
Main Skills Needed:
- Experience within a large, highly regulated environment is essential
- Extensive experience leading business change within large, multi-programme transformations that impact end consumers or users
- Strong grounding in recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter or similar)
- Proven ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strategic mindset with the flexibility to adapt in fast-moving environments
- High emotional intelligence and a genuinely people-first approach to change
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
