A leading digital services business is seeking an experienced Alliance Partnerships Manager to take ownership of key Microsoft-aligned accounts. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the primary relationship lead across client stakeholders and Microsoft / Google partner teams
  • Ensuring digital programmes aligned to Microsoft and Google technologies are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed standards
  • Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, commercial performance, and cloud consumption targets
  • Supporting contract management activity, including tracking delivery obligations, change control, and subcontract oversight
  • Leading governance and service review meetings, providing clear reporting, action tracking, and performance insight
  • Identifying delivery risks early and managing escalations across internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders
  • Gathering feedback from clients and partners to drive service improvement and strengthen long-term account growth
  • Contributing commercial insight, delivery planning, and partner intelligence into bids and co-sell opportunities
  • Maintaining visibility of resource demand across programmes and supporting recruitment and capability planning
  • Tracking budgets, burn rates, revenue performance, and contributing to forecasting and financial reporting
