What You Will Be Doing
- Owning the day-to-day setup and smooth running of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, Service and Ops
- Managing users, permissions, onboarding and core CRM configuration
- Keeping pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects and properties clean and fit for purpose
- Acting as the go-to person for HubSpot questions and troubleshooting
- Maintaining high-quality CRM data across a large contact database
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports for commercial teams and leadership
- Designing and improving workflows around lead routing, scoring, deals, renewals and partners
- Supporting accurate forecasting through clear processes and automation
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Success leaders to turn requirements into practical CRM solutions
- Creating simple documentation and guides so teams know 'what good looks like'
- Supporting integrations and ensuring data flows cleanly between systems
- Keeping up with HubSpot updates, AI features and best practices to continuously improve how the platform is used
Main Skills Needed
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, particularly Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
- 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Ops, CRM, Marketing Ops or Sales Ops role
- Experience putting automations or tech implementations into HubSpot
- Confidence building workflows, automation and basic process logic
- Strong data skills, with a focus on accuracy, consistency and governance
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for commercial stakeholders
- Clear communication skills, able to translate technical detail for non-technical users
- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
