We’re partnering with a growing insurance organisation to appoint an experienced Fractional Internal Auditor for an initial six-month engagement. Operating across three established brands, the organisation is preparing for a programme of audits scheduled over the next six to nine months. Working on a flexible, ad hoc basis, you’ll help strengthen audit readiness across the group by reviewing existing controls, identifying potential gaps and supporting the implementation of any necessary improvements.
The Opportunity
As Fractional Internal Auditor, you’ll provide independent, practical assurance across the organisation’s internal controls, processes and documentation. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Compliance and Operations, you’ll assess current arrangements, identify areas of exposure and ensure each brand has the appropriate evidence, documentation and controls in place ahead of its audit. This is a hands-on engagement suited to someone who can quickly understand a complex, multi-brand environment and translate audit findings into clear, commercially sensible recommendations.
