What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of digital product features across web and mobile platforms
  • Working closely with agile scrum teams to drive the delivery of customer-focused digital experiences
  • Translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and backlog priorities
  • Collaborating with UX, Design, Engineering, Security and Compliance teams to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Using customer insights, usability testing and analytics to shape product improvements and feature development
  • Owning and prioritising the product backlog to keep delivery aligned with business goals
  • Supporting sprint planning, refinement and release processes within an agile environment
  • Identifying delivery risks, removing blockers and ensuring teams stay focused on priorities
  • Reviewing completed work to ensure outcomes meet expectations and customer needs
  • Contributing to broader product roadmap discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across both technical and non-technical teams

Main Skills Needed:

  • Previous experience within Digital Product Management in an agile environment
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital products across web and/or mobile platforms
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery processes, backlog management and sprint planning
  • Ability to balance customer needs with commercial objectives and business priorities
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions
  • Experience working closely with UX, Design and Engineering teams
  • Comfortable operating within regulated or compliance-heavy environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and drive solutions
  • Experience using Jira or similar agile project management tools
  • Passion for digital products, customer experience and continuous improvement
