We\'re recruiting for a

Senior Systems Engineer to join an embedded engineering team supporting a leading UK defence aviation programme.

Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you\'ll contribute to the design, integration, testing and assurance of mission-critical aerospace systems, supporting flight test activities and capability development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, evaluation and assurance of mission and avionics systems.
  • Lead systems integration and flight test analysis activities.
  • Apply verification and validation techniques to support safety and airworthiness.
  • Develop test plans, technical analysis and engineering tools.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers.

Requirements

  • Experience in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across the engineering lifecycle.
  • Programming experience with Python, MATLAB or C++.
  • Experience working in safety-critical or regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
