We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing Cybersecurity solutions provider for the role of Lead Software Engineer. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable, and reliable software across the full stack, ensuring optimal quality and performance of cybersecurity products.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the engineering team and other departments to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering their technical expertise and supporting their professional growth in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in product development, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions into the existing ecosystem.
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Development and Design, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring efficient, streamlined development processes.
- Proficient in .NET and React, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining robust applications.
- Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading small development teams is highly preferred.
- Exposure to technologies such as AWS EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, or SQL is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with NodeJS, TypeScript, MySQL, and Linux would be desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, smaller technical business environment is advantageous.
