What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading endpoint monitoring and detection strategies across all company devices
- Overseeing cloud security posture management and ensuring compliance with best practices
- Driving improvements in network security and real-time intrusion detection
- Leading the investigation and resolution of security incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Designing and enforcing identity and access management (IAM) frameworks
- Implementing proactive strategies to detect and stop account takeovers and impersonation threats
- Owning the threat exposure management lifecycle and response protocols
- Leading and mentoring a growing team of security engineers
- Playing a key role in incident response planning and execution
- Promoting security awareness and best practice across the business
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience in endpoint monitoring, CSPM, intrusion detection, and network security
- Proven ability to manage threat exposure and respond to live security events
- Deep knowledge of IAM principles and tools (MFA, SSO, RBAC)
- Experience leading and developing security teams in technical environments
- Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, Google Cloud)
- Expertise in industry frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO27001)
- Solid understanding of core protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPN)
- Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks
