What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and resolve complex ER cases, from disciplinaries and grievances to restructures and redundancies
- Influence and advise senior leaders on all things employee relations and organisational change
- Drive compliance and best practice across employment law and internal policies
- Develop and deliver ER strategies that support business goals and people outcomes
- Lead and support change programmes with clear, effective communication
- Spot trends and risks by analysing ER data — and act on them
- Be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business
Main Skills Needed:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record managing complex ER issues
