What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the day-to-day performance and operations of a multi-region penetration testing practice
- Managing utilisation, capacity planning and revenue delivery across the team
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all client engagements
- Partnering with Sales and Client Success to scope, shape and win complex consultancy work
- Acting as a senior escalation point for high-profile or sensitive engagements
- Driving improvements in methodology, reporting standards and delivery frameworks
- Coaching consultants to operate as trusted advisors with strong client engagement skills
- Supporting strategic growth by aligning operational execution with evolving capabilities
