What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and drive new business acquisition across the UK, identifying and closing high-value opportunities
- Build and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy across key sectors and priority accounts
- Engage senior stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers, to position tailored, value-led solutions
- Lead end-to-end commercial activity across tenders, RFPs, and complex deal cycles
- Shape compelling propositions by translating customer challenges into scalable service solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, finance, and product teams to deliver winning bids
- Represent the business at industry events, building a strong external network and market presence
- Contribute to innovation by developing differentiated offerings aligned to market trends
- Support strategic account growth where needed, ensuring long-term value creation
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven track record in new business sales within supply chain, logistics, or services-led environments
- Strong “hunter” mentality with a focus on pipeline generation and deal conversion
- Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to enterprise-level clients
- Commercially astute with strong understanding of pricing, margins, and deal structures
- Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and present compelling propositions
- Knowledge of reverse logistics, lifecycle services, or similar sectors is highly advantageous
- Experience within industries such as telecoms, consumer electronics, retail, or B2B services
- Familiarity with compliance and quality standards (e.g. ISO frameworks)
- Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Finance, Marketing) preferred
