Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in Manufacturing Planning and Supply Chain environments
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (experience with IFS is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, including working with senior executives
- Ability to interpret ERP/MRP requirements and drive subcontractor orders
- Proven ability to manage work-in-progress, inventory, and stock takes

- Experience in electronics and electromechanical assembly
- CPIM Certification or similar qualifications
