- What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a global Platform Engineering function, providing strategic direction across technology operations spanning North America, LATAM and EMEA.
- Oversee a high-performing international engineering organisation, developing leadership capability and driving a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with commercial teams and customers to deliver technology solutions that support business growth and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Shape and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring platforms remain secure, resilient and scalable.
- Lead major technology transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on AI, automation and digital enablement.
- Drive the successful delivery of complex engineering programmes, including platform consolidation and enterprise integration initiatives.
