What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing L3 technical support and administration for a suite of collaboration applications, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, Asana, Slack, and others.
- Troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with users, and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Managing application changes, testing, and performance optimisation.
- Developing and maintaining documentation, wikis, and user guides.
- Identifying recurring issues, driving process improvements, and enhancing service reliability.
- Supporting user migrations between platforms and advising on best-fit solutions.
- Delivering training sessions on new features and updates.
Main Skills Needed
- 8+ years’ experience in system administration and custom solution development across collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and automation (PowerAutomate, AppScripts, AppSheet).
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and/or Google Professional Workspace Administrator and/or Tableau Desktop Specialist.
- Deep understanding of both Google and Microsoft ecosystems (GCP, Exchange, integrations).
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and organisational abilities.
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
