What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and enhance mobile applications using Flutter across key platforms
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a strong architectural mindset
- Take ownership of your work, from planning through to delivery
- Contribute to technical discussions and help shape engineering best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through hands-on support and knowledge sharing
- Work alongside designers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive UI
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
- Background in native mobile development (iOS/Android) or similar strongly typed languages
- Solid understanding of mobile architectures (e.g. MVVM, MVP)
- Experience building scalable, testable applications with clean design patterns
- Hands-on experience with UI development, design systems, and tools like Figma
- Good knowledge of testing approaches (unit, integration, UI testing)
- Familiarity with Git workflows and modern development practices
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance processes
