What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and optimise Kubernetes environments for scalable, resilient deployments
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery and improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure platform performance and uptime
- Manage code repositories and version control processes to support collaborative development
- Drive automation across deployment and operational workflows
- Work closely with platform and development teams to ensure seamless integration
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for platform usage and deployment
- Lead on deployment automation, integration testing, and pipeline configuration
- Support ongoing improvements in platform security, scalability, and maintainability
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously evolve platform capabilities
- Travel internationally as required to support project delivery
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Proven background building CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Solid understanding of Git and repository management practices
- Demonstrated success in driving automation and improving system reliability
- Strong communication skills with experience working across technical teams
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial
