We are looking for an ER Advisor to join a national and award-winning leader in the entertainment sector. What You’ll Bring To The Table
- End-to-End Case Management: Handling 20-40 active cases at a time, covering the full lifecycle of employee relations issues (from complaints to resolution, including contract terminations if necessary).
- Employee Relations (ER) Focus: Managing workplace issues, grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, absence management, and policy adherence.
- Collaboration with Senior Business Partner: Reporting directly to a Senior Business Partner within the HR & People team (which has 40 people).
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- At least 3+ years of ER case management experience.
- CIPD Level 5 or above qualification in HR.
- End to end case management experience is essential.
