A fast-growing digital business at the heart of one of the UK’s most recognised consumer platforms is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help shape customer engagement and commercial performance through insight-led decision making. This is a role for someone who enjoys digging into complex data, spotting opportunities early, and influencing what happens next.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering deep-dive player and customer analysis to uncover behavioural trends and commercial opportunities
- Building customer cohorts and segmentation models to improve targeting, engagement and retention
- Combining transactional, behavioural and digital journey data to create a clear picture of customer activity
- Supporting marketing, product and commercial teams with insight-driven recommendations
- Evaluating the impact and value of new product ideas, campaigns and optimisation initiatives
- Designing and measuring experiments within a test-and-learn environment
- Challenging assumptions and supporting senior stakeholders with evidence-backed analysis
- Turning complex and unstructured questions into clear recommendations and actionable insights
- Helping shape how analytics supports wider digital and commercial strategy
Main Skills Needed
- Strong background in data analytics within gaming, e-commerce, fintech or another fast-paced digital environment
- Advanced SQL skills with experience handling and analysing large datasets
- Experience using Python or R for advanced analytics and modelling
- Proven expertise in segmentation, clustering and cohort analysis
- Familiarity with digital analytics and experimentation tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Piano or Quantum Metric
- Experience building dashboards and visualisations using tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify measurable business impact
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders through clear storytelling and insight
- Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity and solving new problems proactively
