A rapidly scaling digital transformation firm is expanding its footprint in the telecommunications industry. You’ll lead the charge in securing strategic partnerships with telecom operators, service providers, and technology innovators, helping them transform networks, digital services, and customer experiences through cutting‑edge technology. This is a newly created role within a high‑impact Go To Market (GTM) team in the UK.
Role Overview
- Location: Central London, UK (2 days per week in the London Office)
- Package: ÂŁ70,000-ÂŁ100,000 per annum, 50% Performance Bonus & Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and expanding strategic accounts with key telecom clients across the UK, including operators, service providers, and network vendors.
- Driving new business acquisition by identifying high-value prospects, managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals.
- Applying consultative sales approaches to position complex digital, software, and network solutions, covering areas like network modernization, cloud transformation, digital services, and customer experience (CX) initiatives.
- Collaborating with delivery, product development, and marketing teams to craft compelling client propositions and tailored campaigns.
- Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen our presence in the telecommunications market.
Main Skills Needed
- Proven experience selling IT services, software solutions, or platform delivery to telecom operators, service providers, or related technology partners.
- Strong track record in consultative selling, strategic account management, and closing enterprise deals.
- Established network of contacts within the telecommunications sector is essential.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with C‑level and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute commercial‑focused sales and account plans.
